Vikas has over 25 years of experience in financial services industry and International Capital Markets. Over the years he has gained immense experience and expertise of investing into and trading in equities, fixed income and derivatives. He has led asset & wealth management teams and has extensive knowledge of structuring complex transactions and capital raising – including convertible bonds, private equity, AIM Listings and GDRs.
He has an MBA degree from Manchester Business School (UK) and is a Cost Accountant from The Institute of Costs & Works Accountant (India) and a Bachelor in commerce from the University of Mumbai (India).

Vinod has over 5 decades of experience in financial services industry, having served in senior roles at some of the world’s leading financial institutions. His career spans across private banking, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and private equity. He has a comprehensive understanding of global markets and the expertise to manage complex transactions. He has built an extensive global network of relationships, especially in emerging markets. These relationships have provided valuable insights into local dynamics and supported the creation of partnerships that deliver sustainable opportunities.
He was honored an MBE for his services to the community.
