Vikas has over 25 years of experience in financial services industry and International Capital Markets. Over the years he has gained immense experience and expertise of investing into and trading in equities, fixed income and derivatives. He has led asset & wealth management teams and has extensive knowledge of structuring complex transactions and capital raising – including convertible bonds, private equity, AIM Listings and GDRs.
He has an MBA degree from Manchester Business School (UK) and is a Cost Accountant from The Institute of Costs & Works Accountant (India) and a Bachelor in commerce from the University of Mumbai (India).
Evelina Grieg

Evelina is a qualified Compliance and MLRO specialist with over 16 years of regulatory expertise across multiple jurisdictions and products. She believes in effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels on the application of compliance and risk matters whilst being open-minded to business opportunities and solutions. Aside from business, she is a guest lecturer at a leading UK University, a keen tennis player, and a BFI fan.
Evelina has an MBA from Manchester Business School (UK), and MA in linguistics from “Kl. Ohridski” University, Sofia (BG).
